In line with the distance-selling regulations we can confirm the following:- (1) If you have purchased access to a file then this is considered a "service" and we will only refund if you have not subsequently accessed that file (and if you inform us within 7 days); (2) If you have purchased a printed version to be posted to you then you will again have 7 days to cancel (and in this case you need to post the item back and we will not refund postage (note that printing is approximately half of the cost of the p&p&p, so the printing element, which is refundable, represents approximately half of the p&p&p price). Note, we will catch it before it is posted out if we can... although note that we have a very efficient office system and it is generally posted off very quickly).
